Subscription management is done through your device settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Subscriptions). For refunds or billing questions, email us at support@buddypaws.co with your account email and we’ll assist you.
Contact us at support@buddypaws.co with your registered email and a short description of the issue. For App Store or Play Store charges, we can help guide you through their refund or dispute process where applicable.
Use the report option in the app on the relevant profile or content, or email support@buddypaws.co with details and we’ll look into it promptly.
Try resetting your password from the app’s login screen. If you still can’t access your account, email support@buddypaws.co with the email you used to sign up and we’ll help you recover access.
